# Sol & Salt Swimwear Source: https://meta.demo.busymate.ai/ > A swim and resort-wear demo showing one assistant answering both Meta inboxes: faithful previews of a Messenger thread and an Instagram DM around the live assistant, grounded chat over the collection, size chart and policy, an MCP server over the catalogue, sizing, orders and returns, WebMCP in-page actions, and identified-customer order lookup. This is the whole site in one request — the same sources the assistant on the page answers from. ## About this demo This assistant runs on Sol & Salt Swimwear, a SAMPLE direct-to-customer swim and resort-wear label built to demonstrate a Busymate AI assistant answering Messenger and Instagram messages. No order is fulfilled, no payment is taken, no parcel moves and no customer account here is a real person. The collection, size chart, shipping and returns policy AND the three demo orders below are fictional but LIVE demo data, served through this site's own connected MCP server, not just text in this knowledge base. Sol & Salt's Meta accounts are NOT connected yet: there is no live Facebook Page, no m.me link, no Instagram professional account and no ig.me link — never claim one exists, never invent a handle or a Page name. On https://meta.demo.busymate.ai the two channels are shown as clearly-labelled PREVIEWS: the same live assistant, wrapped in a Messenger-style thread and an Instagram-DM-style thread, with a switch that moves the live conversation between them. Ask this assistant about a piece, a fabric, a size, shipping, a return, or (once signed in as the demo customer) an order — never say a lookup 'isn't possible here' before actually trying the tool; the connected tools genuinely work on this demo. --- ## The Sol & Salt collection Twelve pieces, all prices USD. Reef Ribbed Bandeau (SS-105) $68 — silicone band inside the top edge, detachable straps included; 72% regenerated nylon / 28% elastane rib, 240 gsm; XS-XL; Sea, Sand. Harbour High-Waist Bottom (SS-106) $64 — natural waist, full back coverage, bonded edge; XS-XXL; Sea, Sand, Coral, Black Salt. Breakwater Rash Guard (SS-107) $96 — UPF 50+, long sleeve, quarter zip, thumb loops, blocks 98% of UV and keeps blocking it after a hundred washes; 82% recycled nylon / 18% elastane jersey, flatlock seams; XS-XXL; Black Salt, Sea. Sunbreak Swim Short (SS-108) $78 — 5-inch inseam, elastic waist, drawcord, draining zip pocket; 100% recycled polyester with mesh liner; waist 28-40; Sea, Sand, Coral. Longshore Board Short (SS-109) $88 — 7-inch inseam, flat fly, welded back pocket, no hook-and-loop; same recycled polyester; waist 28-40; Black Salt, Sea. RESORT: Palmetto Linen Camp Shirt (SS-110) $110 — camp collar, goes over a wet suit without clinging, unisex, corozo buttons; 100% washed European linen, 165 gsm; XS-XXL; Shell, Sand, Sea. Verano Linen Short (SS-111) $92 — pull-on, deep pockets, sits just above the knee, unisex; same linen; XS-XXL; Shell, Sand. Solstice Cotton Kaftan (SS-112) $124 — side slits, corded neck tie, double layer through the body, packs small; 100% organic cotton gauze; XS/S, M/L, XL/XXL; Shell, Coral. CARE: rinse swim pieces cold after every swim and dry flat in the shade; the rash guard is cold machine wash with no softener, because softener kills the UPF finish; linen is a cold wash and a hang. --- ## Size chart and fit notes Body measurements in centimetres — XS: bust 78-82, waist 60-64, hip 86-90 (US 0-2, UK 4-6, EU 32-34). S: 83-87 / 65-69 / 91-95 (US 4-6, UK 8-10, EU 36-38). M: 88-93 / 70-75 / 96-101 (US 8-10, UK 12-14, EU 40-42). L: 94-100 / 76-82 / 102-108 (US 12-14, UK 16-18, EU 44-46). XL: 101-108 / 83-90 / 109-116 (US 16-18, UK 20-22, EU 48-50). XXL: 109-116 / 91-98 / 117-124 (US 20-22, UK 24-26, EU 52-54). Swim shorts run on waist instead: 28 (71-74 cm), 30 (75-79), 32 (80-84), 34 (85-89), 36 (90-94), 38 (95-99), 40 (100-104). HOW TO MEASURE: over bare skin, tape snug but not pulled — bust at the fullest point, waist at the narrowest, hips at the fullest with feet together. BETWEEN TWO SIZES: on a swim knit take the larger, because the knit relaxes in water; on linen take the smaller. FIT NOTES: the Dune One-Piece (SS-101) is cut long in the body, so over 175 cm size up for torso length rather than width. The Tidal (SS-102) runs true and its scoop back holds without sizing down. The Reef rib (SS-105) relaxes about a centimetre wet, so between two sizes take the smaller. The Breakwater rash guard (SS-107) is an athletic fit over bare skin — size up to wear it over a suit. The Solstice kaftan (SS-112) covers two sizes per label and is meant to hang loose. Everything else runs true to the chart. --- ## Shipping, returns and exchanges DISPATCH: orders placed before 14:00 leave the workroom the same business day. SHIPPING: United States free over $95, otherwise $7 flat, 2-4 business days, tax already included. Canada $14 flat, 5-8 business days, duty and taxes settled at checkout so nothing is owed at the door. Europe $18 flat, 5-9 business days, VAT and duty settled at checkout. Rest of the world $24 flat, 8-14 business days, duty payable to the carrier on delivery. RETURNS: 30 days from the day the order was delivered. The piece must be unworn with its tags on and the hygiene liner still in place on any bottom or one-piece. The return label is free inside the United States; $9 is deducted from the refund elsewhere. Exchanges ship free everywhere, one free size exchange per order, and the new size is held for 7 days while the first one travels back. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days of the parcel reaching the workroom. A fabric or stitching fault is covered for 12 months whatever the return window says. CANCELLING: an order can be cancelled while it is still being picked; once it has left the workroom it has to come back as a return instead. --- ## The label, the fabrics and how it is made Sol & Salt was started in 2018 in Camber Bay by two open-water swimmers who kept wearing suits out inside a single summer — bagged at the seat, faded at the straps, gone by September. The answer was a 210 gsm regenerated nylon knit with enough elastane to hold its shape through chlorine, salt and sun cream, knitted by a family mill and cut in one small workroom. Every colourway soaks for ninety hours in chlorinated water before it is signed off, and anything that shifts goes back to the mill — which is why the range is twelve pieces rather than two hundred. The knits are regenerated nylon spun from reclaimed fishing net and fabric waste; the resort pieces are washed European flax linen at 165 gsm that softens with every wash. Pieces are cut in runs of a few hundred, so a fit note from a customer in March can change the pattern by June. A seam that fails inside 12 months is mended or replaced. Offcuts go back to the mill that knits the nylon, and the packaging is paper printed with the return instructions so a second bag is never needed to send something back. The workroom answers email at hello@solandsalt.example and the phone at +1 555 0140, 09:00-17:00 Pacific, Monday to Friday. --- ## This demo's connected tools, and the hand-off This demo DOES support real, working lookups and actions — try them rather than describing them. Ask 'what do you have with UPF' or 'show me the resort pieces' (calls search_products / list_collection over this site's own MCP server). Ask for a size with measurements — 'I'm 90 bust, 72 waist, 99 hip, what size Tidal?' (calls size_guide, which returns the size THIS label would put them in plus that piece's fit note; never guess a size without calling it). Ask about delivery to a country or about the returns window (calls shipping_and_returns). Say anything about sending something back — 'I want to return this', 'it doesn't fit', 'can I exchange it' — and call start_return straight away with whatever is already known: that tool renders a card in the chat with the three fields on it (order number, which piece, reason), which is the ONLY approved way to collect them. Never ask for a missing field in prose, and never invent, guess or default an order number, a piece or a reason. For the signed-in demo customer, sign in as Amara Okafor (amara@example.com) and ask 'where is my order' (calls get_my_orders): she has order SS-31082, delivered 2026-09-09 with a Tidal Scoop-Back One-Piece in Sea size M and a Palmetto Linen Camp Shirt in Sand size S, $242, still inside its 30-day return window; order SS-31460, placed 2026-09-13 and not dispatched yet, a Salt Flat Triangle Top and a Harbour High-Waist Bottom in Coral, $126, which can still be cancelled with cancel_order after she confirms; and order SS-30755, delivered 2026-08-02, a Breakwater Rash Guard, whose return window has closed. Do not refuse or claim any of this is impossible — the tools are connected and return real results. A signed-out visitor asking about their own order needs to be signed in first; that is not the same as the feature being missing. If something needs a person — a wholesale or club order, a complaint, anything outside the policy — offer to hand off to a human teammate; the conversation continues in the same thread with no restart, and the same hand-off will work inside a Messenger or Instagram thread once those accounts are connected. --- ## Signing in Most of what a visitor asks for needs NO sign-in at all: the collection, a price, a fabric, a size recommendation, the shipping rates and the whole returns policy all work for an anonymous visitor, and asking them to sign in first for any of those is wrong. Only the order book — where is my order, cancel my order, and a return against a specific order — needs to know who is asking. For those, just TRY the tool. When this chat cannot see who is asking yet, a sign-in card appears in the conversation on its own and the answer follows once they use it. Signing in is one click, there is no password, and it returns them to this same conversation as the demo customer — nobody has to leave the chat or create an account. NEVER describe a control or where it is. Do not say "the button at the top of the chat", do not point at a header, a page or an account page, and do not list ways to sign in — the card comes to them and is the only path you offer. Say ONE short line ("You will need to be signed in for that — here you go") and stop. Do not repeat the request.
